Meditation
The young director of Alok Institution, an embodiment of multi dimensional personality has done a great job of introducing the meditation in the field of academics. In ancient times, Indian saints had sighted various Gods through meditation only. That’s why in Veda, it is written as:Rishio tu mantrasya... which means that through meditation vedic saints had visualised verses of God. They imparted this tradition to their devotee. After some decades when language & paper were introduced, then these verses were available in written form.
Therefore millions of years ago meditation had its massive impact. Its benefits were studied by Director Dr. Pradeep Kumawat so, he introduced Meditation as a subject in academics.

Mass Meditation

Mass meditation day is organised every wednesday in Alok school. In this students & staff members get together. This meditation day can be divided into 2 parts :

Mass Meditation Day
Under the purview of this technique of meditation Dr. Pradeep Kumawat gives instructions to all the students & teachers to do Pranayam which helps in enhancing age. This Pranayam has proved to be beneficial in curing many diseases. Along with Pranayam many other yog asaanas are also taught which helps to keep body healthy, fit and sound. The knowledge of various hands-expression is also in parted.
This can be stated without any argument that Alok Institution is the only one place where age old meditation is perpetually imparted. It has also proved helpful to develop personality of students. In the field of education, education of meditation is only imparted by Alok Institution Meditation - Yog Room (Mandapam)
