Achivements as an Environmentalist
Various shopkeepers of Udaipur prohibited the use of polythenes.
Mayor of Nagar Parishad Udaipur Sh. Yudhishthir Kumawat added prohibition
of polythene use as a compulsory criteria in license.
4200 families banned the use of polythene bags.
Various schools and Institutions prohibited the use of Polythene bags and
claimed their buildings as polythene free.
Polythenes were removed from dirty areas.
4000 students pledged not to use polythene bags.
Cooperation of Rotary Club and Bharat Vikas Parishad in the Campaign.
Use of colourful polythenes was banned by Nagar Parishad, Udaipur.
Recycled Polythenes were banned by state government.
Environmental department also banned use of polythene.
Chief minister promised to put banned on polythene by a letter.
